Job Summary:

The Accounts Executive will be responsible for overseeing the restaurant's financial activities, ensuring accurate bookkeeping, managing costs, and contributing to strategic financial planning. This role requires a detail-oriented individual with strong analytical skills and a passion for the hospitality industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Financial Management:

Maintain accurate financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.

Prepare monthly financial statements and reports, highlighting key performance indicators.

Have atleast 1 year of experience in tally.

Cost Control:

Monitor and analyze food costs to identify areas for improvement and cost-saving opportunities.

Conduct regular inventory audits and ensure proper stock levels are maintained.

Budgeting and Forecasting:

Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and forecasts, ensuring alignment with business goals.

Track budget variances and report findings to management

Compliance and Audit:

Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.

Prepare for and assist with internal and external audits.

Collaboration:

Work closely with kitchen and service teams to understand cost implications and implement effective cost-control measures.

Support management in decision-making through financial analysis and reporting.

Administrative Duties:

Manage financial documentation and filing systems.

Provide administrative support as needed.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month
