• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.
• Record day-to-day transactions and reconcile accounts.
• Prepare and analyze financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow).
• Assist in creating monthly, quarterly, and annual reports for management review.
• Ensure timely filing of GST, TDS, and other applicable taxes.
• Assist in audits and compliance with financial regulations.
• Prepare and monitor budgets, providing insights into variances.
• Assist in financial planning and forecasting activities.
• Manage bank reconciliations, cash flow, and transactions.
• Coordinate with banks for payments, fund transfers, and loans.
• Process accounts payable/receivable.
• Liaise with vendors and clients regarding invoices, payments, and reconciliations.
