Reconciliation of Bank Accounts and Residents Accounts for CAM and Electricity/Water ChargesRECURRING DUTIES1 Ensure to prepare Books of Accounts & related matters including accounting compliances2 Preparing Books of accounts and making recommendations in order to ensure that accounts are prepared and maintained in accordance with statutory obligations.3 Preparing and maintaining statutory books of accounts, viz. journal, ledger, cash book, bank book, residents accounts, supplier accounts & other subsidiary accounts in compliance with time & accuracy norms.4 Preparation of Bank Reconciliation Statement & management of cash/fund flow5 Maintaining the Books & Journalizing the Entries of (Day Book, Petty Cash Book, General Ledger, Sales & Purchase Register)6 Reconciliation of Residents & Supplier Accounts.7 Billing of Charges to the Residents8 Timely payments to all creditors.9 Timely collections from all debtors.10 Preparation of debtors Ageing and circulation to all stake holders on weekly basis.11 Keep petty cash transactions and keep track of expenses under various heads.12 Management Reports for Collection of dues & keeping the dues statement always updated, Funds Allocation, Billing and Reconciliations, Fixed Deposits maintained with the banks, etc.13 Preparation of Annual Budget & monitoring it on monthly basis to report the variances.14 Responsible for managing and reporting MIS including Monthly financial reporting, monthly dues statements, Outstanding expense/ payable reporting, and Year to Date Reporting15 Responsible for computing tax liability based on applicable laws and regulations and deposit of taxes within due dates. (TDS & GST)16 Responsible for preparation of Working & Filling of GST & TDS Returns.17 Knowledge of filing IT Returns, documents required by IT Dept for scrutiny cases & CIT Appeals18 Handling of Statutory Audit along with the auditors including providing documents to the auditors, knowledge & preparation of Balance Sheet & Income & Expenditure Account & related annexures19 Filing of all office documents and correspondence. 20 Support in Administration will be an added responsibility.21 Working within the team on all the related aspects and reporting to the managers as per policies and procedures of the organization.22 Well versed with Excel, Word, Power PointJob Type: Full-timeSalary: 930,000.00 - 935,000.00 per monthBenefits:
