• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client success.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
Requirements
• Proven experience in business development or account management, preferably in a sales environment.
• Strong proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM software is highly desirable.
• Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide team members.
• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage clients effectively.
• Strong analytical skills to assess data and make informed decisions.
• Demonstrated negotiation skills with a focus on achieving win-win outcomes.
