Job description
Key Responsibilities:
• Record and enter day-to-day financial transactions and complete the posting process.
• Perform bank reconciliations and ensure all accounts are balanced and accurate.
• Process invoices, manage payments, and track incoming payments.
• Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Review and process employee expense reports and ensure compliance with company policies.
• Assist in payroll processing, including recording payroll transactions and resolving any discrepancies.
•Assist with the preparation of documents for audits and coordinate with external auditors as needed.
•Provide support for budgeting and forecasting activities.
•Perform general administrative duties such as filing, answering phones, and managing correspondence related to financial matters.
Educational Qualification :
- B.Com/ M.Com / Graduation in the relevant field.
Experience:
- Minimum of 6 months to 1 years of bookkeeping experience, preferably in a finance or accounting environment.
Skills:
- Proficiency in accounting software ( Tally, ) and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.-
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Understanding of basic accounting principles and financial reporting
