About the Role:

SP Design Developers LLP is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive

Account Executive

to manage our financial records, support day-to-day accounting operations, and ensure accurate reporting in alignment with company policies and statutory regulations. The ideal candidate will have experience in accounting within the construction or infrastructure sector and will be responsible for maintaining financial integrity across projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage accounts payable and receivable, including invoice processing and payment tracking Prepare and maintain financial statements, ledgers, and other financial documentation Monitor budgets and project-related expenses, ensuring alignment with financial plans Coordinate with vendors, subcontractors, and clients for financial transactions and billing Assist in GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance filings Support audits and ensure timely reconciliation of bank and ledger accounts Generate reports for management on financial performance, cash flow, and profitability Work closely with project teams to track costs and ensure accurate job costing Maintain up-to-date records in accounting software (e.g., Tally, ERP, etc.)

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field 2-4 years of experience in accounting, preferably in the construction or EPC industry Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GST, and TDS regulations Proficiency in accounting software (Tally ERP, MS Excel, etc.) Excellent organizational and time management skills Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
