Job Summary: -

We are seeking a detail-oriented and results-driven Account Executive to manage financial records, client accounts, and business relationships. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate records, ensuring timely payments, and enhancing customer satisfaction through effective communication and account management.

Key Responsibilities:

For an Account Executive:

- Prepare and maintain financial records, including ledgers, balance sheets, and profit & loss statements.

- Ensure compliance with financial regulations, tax laws, and company policies.

- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.

- Process invoices, expense reports, and payroll transactions.

- Conduct financial analysis and provide insights for business decision-making.

- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.

- Liaise with auditors, tax authorities, and financial institutions when required.

- ?Prepare Import payment & Documentation

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.

- 2-4 years of experience in account management/accounting.

- Proficiency in accounting software like Tally, Tally Prime, TFAT

- Strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.

- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

- High attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
