Duties/Responsibilities (including but not limited to the below):
•Prepare and review financial statements and reports.•
•Manage general ledger entries and account reconciliations.•
•Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions.•
•Assist with monthly and year-end closing processes.•
•Support tax preparation and ensure compliance with tax regulations.•
•Conduct regular bank reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.•
•Knowledge of company secretarial (CS) work and corporate governance requirements.•
Required Skills/Abilities:

Education and Experience:
•B-com, M-Com, MBA-Finance.•
