• Cross-Selling Services: In addition to vehicles, the executive will also promote associated services, such as vehicle servicing, financing options, and extended warranties, helping to increase dealership revenue.
• Lead Management: Identifying and generating leads through various channels (digital, in-person, referrals, etc.) and converting them into sales.
• Customer Relationship Management (CRM):
• Customer Support: Providing exceptional post-sale support by addressing customer inquiries, assisting with service bookings, resolving complaints, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Building Relationships: Maintaining long-term relationships with customers, encouraging repeat business, and fostering loyalty to the dealership's services and products.
