A Account executive's responsibilities include:
Managing accounts: Keeping accurate records of client accounts and outstanding balances
Sending invoices: Creating and sending invoices to clients electronically and on paper
Processing payments: Recording daily deposits, receiving payments, and processing payments
Tracking billing: Monitoring and tracking the billing process to ensure timely and accurate billing
Resolving issues: Resolving billing issues and disputes with clients
Communicating: Communicating with clients to gather necessary information and resolve billing issues
Providing reports: Writing thorough reports on billing activity with clear and reliable data
Updating systems: Updating the system with payment information and other financial data
Suggesting assistance: Suggesting payment assistance programs for clients in need
Notifying clients: Notifying clients of upcoming or missed payment deadlines.
