As an Accounts Executive at Vroutes, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of financial operations for our esteemed clients. Working closely with the accounting team, you will be responsible for managing various accounting tasks, maintaining financial records, and delivering timely reports to support informed decision making. Key Responsibilities:
Financial Data Management:
Process financial transactions including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries. Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records using accounting software. (XERO, QuickBooks, ZohoBooks, Etc) Reconciliation and Analysis:
Perform bank reconciliations to ensure the accuracy of financial data.
Analyze financial statements and reports to identify discrepancies or irregularities. Client Communication:
Liaise with clients to gather financial information and resolve queries.
Provide professional and courteous support to address client needs and concerns. Reporting:
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports in compliance with regulatory standards.
Assist in financial analysis and forecasting to support strategic decision-making. Taxation:
Perform quarterly and annual tax computation (VAT and Corporate tax)
Compliance and Audit Support:
Ensure compliance with accounting principles, standards, and regulations.
Assist in audit preparations and provide documentation as required. Process Improvement:
Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiency enhancements.
Implement best practices to streamline accounting procedures and workflows
Qualifications

  • Bachelor\'s degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce
  • Professional qualification such as CA/ACCA (Fully or partly qualified)
  • Proven experience (Minimum 2 Years) working in accounting or finance roles.
  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., XERO, ZOHO Books, QuickBooks) and
  • MS Office suite. \xe2\x80\x93 Strong skills in MS Excel is very important
  • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and meet tight deadlines. Knowledge of accounting principles, regulations, and standards.
