Job Role We\xe2\x80\x99re looking for individuals with 4+ years software sales development experience and Customer Management for our Global SME team with strong organizational and follow up skills who work well in a fast-paced work environment. The executive will play a key role in driving AutoRABIT\xe2\x80\x99s sales activities in the region. This role includes developing and executing on the go to strategy for your territory. Roles & Responsibilities

  • Manage an install base of customers
  • Manage the retention and the growth of the install base.
  • Aggressively prospect, identify, qualify and develop sales pipeline.
  • Leverage deep product knowledge to demonstrate solution selling techniques, uncover customer challenges and deliver valuable solution.
  • Build and maintain C - Level relationships in the SME segment.
  • Efficiently work within our Existing Salesforce CRM and re-establish connections with old leads.
  • Partner with the local team of Presales, marketing and operations to successfully prospect into new clients.
  • Close Business to exceed monthly, quarterly and annual booking objectives.
Desired Skills and Experience
  • Minimum of 4+ years of previous B2B sales experience within a high growth Software company
  • Salesforce experience a must as a user of SalesCloud
  • Excellent business writing/verbal communication skills (must speak English very clearly)
  • Ability to conduct in depth sales presentations, product demonstrations that highlight key benefits, ROI and the value of our solution and services.
  • Strong analytical skills, Highly motivated, driven and self-starting individual
  • Ability to work in a dynamic, team environment
  • Excellent time management/organizational skills
Education and Qualification
  • Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree from an accredited University ideal.
