Key Responsibilities:
• Client Relationship Management:
• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients.
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
• Address client inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
• Sales and Business Development:
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to grow the client base.
• Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and sales pitches.
• Negotiate contracts and close sales to achieve or exceed revenue targets.
• Account Planning and Strategy:
• Develop and implement account strategies tailored to meet client needs.
• Monitor market trends and competitors to identify opportunities and threats.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver customized solutions that add value to clients.
• Reporting and Forecasting:
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and account performance.
• Prepare regular reports on sales metrics and account status for management review.
• Forecast sales revenue and identify potential risks or opportunities.
• Collaboration and Teamwork:
• Work closely with marketing, product development, and customer support teams to enhance the client experience.
• Participate in cross-functional meetings to align on goals and deliverables.
• Provide feedback to internal teams to improve product offerings and services.
