We Requires Account Executive for a Pharma Company at Goregaon West

Designation:- Account Executive

Experience :- Min 2Yrs to 5Yrs

Salary :- Upto 25K

Location: Bangur Nagar, Goregaon West, Mumbai

About the role : - Responsibilities will include handle bookkeeping, assist in preparing financial reports, taxes, and audits. Applicants with experience and

familiarity in a similar role are strongly encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities:-

• Maintaining Stock records, passing Journal Entries, etc with utmost accuracy.
• Knowledge of outward remittance for the Marketing Department.
• To prepare a summarized Financial Reports on Monthly and Annual Basis.
• Perform accounting activities including reconciliations of bank accounts and cash; coordination, and completion of annual audits (Internal & External).
• Ensure timely submission of GST returns, TDS, and Professional tax etc.
• Processing payments such as vendor invoices, mobile, Electricity bill, Telephone bill etc.
• Track and resolve accounting problems and discrepancies as needed

Candidate requirements:

• Knowledge of Integrated Accounting Software such as
• Tally ERP, TDS, and GST
• Strong Microsoft Office skills (Outlook, Excel, and Word)

o Good communication / presentation skills and ability to communicate with the Inter and Intra Department.

Working Days : Monday to Saturday | 09.00 AM To 06.00 PM (2nd & 4th Saturday is Off)
