Position Overview:

Ornezo Creative Fashion Pvt. Ltd., a leading manufacturer and wholesaler of premium ethnic wear, is seeking a meticulous and experienced Accounts & Finance Executive to manage and oversee the financial activities of our organization. The ideal candidate will ensure accurate financial reporting, compliance with statutory requirements, and efficient management of day-to-day financial operations. This role is critical in supporting the company's financial health and aligning accounting practices with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accounting and Bookkeeping:
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of financial transactions.
• Handle day-to-day accounting tasks, including journal entries, ledger management, and reconciliations.
• Ensure proper recording and classification of expenses and incomes.
• Financial Reporting:
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts.
• Generate reports on financial performance and provide insights to the management.
• Taxation and Compliance:
• Ensure timely filing of GST, TDS, and other statutory returns.
• Liaise with tax consultants for periodic audits and assessments.
• Maintain compliance with all regulatory requirements.
• Payroll Management:
• Process payroll and ensure timely disbursement of salaries.
• Handle employee reimbursements and benefits.
• Banking and Cash Flow Management:
• Manage day-to-day banking operations, including fund transfers and reconciliations.
• Monitor cash flow and ensure adequate liquidity for business operations.
• Vendor and Client Coordination:
• Coordinate with vendors and clients for payment collections and disbursements.
• Ensure timely follow-ups on receivables and payables.
• Internal Controls:
• Establish and maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets.
• Conduct periodic audits to ensure compliance with financial policies.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
• Proven experience (3+ years) in accounting and finance roles, preferably in the textile or manufacturing sector.
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tripta, Vastra App ) and MS Office Suite.
• Strong understanding of GST, TDS, and other taxation laws.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
