Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Account Executive with 2-3 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in bookkeeping, accounting basics, and proficiency in tools like Tally, Google Sheets, and Excel. A foundational understanding of TDS calculations is also required.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage day-to-day bookkeeping activities and ensure accuracy in financial records.
• Utilize Tally for maintaining and reconciling accounts.
• Prepare and maintain spreadsheets using Google Sheets and Excel for financial reporting and data analysis.
• Assist in basic accounting tasks, including journal entries, ledger management, and balance sheet preparation.
• Perform TDS calculations and ensure compliance with basic tax guidelines.
• Coordinate with the finance team for monthly and annual closing processes.
• Handle invoice processing and ensure timely payments and collections.
• Maintain proper documentation of financial transactions and records.
Requirements:
• 2-3 years of relevant experience in accounting or bookkeeping.
• Proficiency in Tally and strong knowledge of Google Sheets and Excel.
• Basic understanding of accounting principles and TDS calculations.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Good communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, or a related field.
• Previous experience in a similar role will be an advantage.
