The Account Executive will play a critical role in managing and expanding client relationships, achieving sales targets, and ensuring client satisfaction. This individual will be responsible for understanding client needs, providing tailored solutions, and developing strategies to drive revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
• Account Management and Growth
• Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals tailored to management needs.
• Negotiate and close contracts and agreements to maximize revenue and management satisfaction.
• Monitor account performance, analyze c needs, and adjust strategies as needed.
• Cross-functional Collaboration
• Work closely with Finance team, and support teams to ensure a seamless process.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver client solutions and resolve any issues.
• Reporting and Analysis
• Maintain accurate records and account details
• Prepare regular reports on account performance,
Qualifications:
• Education: Bachelor's /Master degree in Commerce ,.
• Experience: 2-5 years in account management, or a similar client-facing role.
• Skills:
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong negotiation and presentation abilities.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
• Familiarity with Tally software and MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Personal Traits: Results-driven, customer-focused, adaptable, and team-oriented.
