• Must have knowledge of basic Accounts writing.
• Must have knowledge about international invoicing, international payment receipts and account entries for the same.
• Maintaining & Preparing of Invoices.
• Possess good computer skills and knowledgeable about relevant technological applications related to the particular organization.
• Ability to multitask.
• Fluency in English.
• To handle payables and vendor reconciliation.
• To handle employee-related reimbursement.
• Good at excel and MS office.
• Understanding of Accounting Concepts along with TDS and GST concepts, Demonstrates the Zeal to learn new concepts.
• Ensuring TDS, GST Working, Compliances & Filling.
• Passing Accounting entry for Expenses along with proper TDS deduction and GST compliance.
• Ensuring proper review of Invoices and obtaining management approval on invoices.
• Making payment of invoices on time, Updating Management on Pending payments.
