As an Account Executive in the crane manufacturing industry, you will be responsible for managing and expanding relationships with existing clients while identifying and cultivating new business opportunities. You will serve as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring their needs are met with our crane products and services. This role requires a deep understanding of the crane manufacturing sector, exceptional sales skills, and the ability to build long-lasting client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
• Client Relationship Management:
• Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their needs and concerns promptly.
• Conduct regular meetings with clients to review their requirements and satisfaction levels.
• Sales and Business Development:
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the crane manufacturing industry.
• Prepare and deliver sales presentations to potential clients.
• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company sales targets and expand the customer base.
• Product Knowledge:
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of the company's crane products, services, and solutions.
• Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions.
• Negotiation and Contract Management:
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients to maximize profitability.
• Ensure all client agreements and contracts are accurately documented and maintained.
• Collaboration and Coordination:
• Collaborate with internal teams (engineering, production, and customer support) to ensure customer requirements are met.
• Coordinate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns.
• Reporting and Analysis:
• Prepare regular reports on sales activities, client interactions, and market trends.
• Analyze sales data to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
• Customer Support:
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Ensure timely delivery and installation of crane products as per client specifications
