Location: Udaipur City Centre
Company Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled Accounts Executive with extensive experience in managing financial transactions and ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of financial statements. The position is based at our corporate office in the Udaipur city center.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain accurate financial records using accounting software and spreadsheets.
- Prepare financial reports such as balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
- Collaborate with other teams to ensure financial data is accurate and up-to-date.
- Provide financial guidance to other departments as needed.
- Generate GST invoices and create E-way bills.
- Manage Debit notes, credit notes, and invoicing in Tally.
- Deduct TDS and TCS and make necessary challan payments.
- Follow up with vendors and suppliers regarding payments.
- Create summary reports and analysis using advanced Excel.
- Handle documentation work related to financial transactions.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in accounting
