We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Accounts Executive to join our team at Ramsons Perfumes, located in Dombivli. The ideal candidate will have experience with accounting processes, proficient in Tally ERP, and possess excellent organizational skills to ensure smooth financial operations.

Key Responsibilities:

oMaintain and update financial records and ledgers.

oHandle day-to-day accounting transactions such as invoicing, receipts, payments, and vendor payments.

oPrepare and process monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial statements.

oReconcile bank statements, ledgers, and accounts.

oManage accounts payable and receivable.

oPrepare GST and other tax filings.

oHandle statutory compliance and filings as per applicable regulations.

oAssist in preparing financial reports for management review.

oCoordinate with auditors and provide necessary documentation as required.

oEnsure accurate and timely entry of data in Tally ERP and perform data validation.

oEnsure adherence to company policies and accounting standards.

Qualifications:

oBachelor's degree in commerce or a related field.

oProven experience (2-3 years) as an Accounts Executive or similar role.

oProficiency in Tally ERP software is a must.

oStrong knowledge of accounting principles and tax regulations.

oAttention to detail and accuracy.

oExcellent communication and interpersonal skills.

oAbility to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

oStrong MS Excel skills are a plus.

Working Hours:

Monday to Saturday, 10:00 AM - 6:30 PM

Salary Range:

?20,000 - ?22000 per month (Based on experience and qualifications)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?22,000.00 per month
