Prepare, examine, and analyze financial records, statements, and reports.
Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including general ledger entries and bank reconciliations.
Process accounts payable and accounts receivable.
Handle monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closings.
Prepare tax returns and ensure compliance with applicable tax laws.
Maintain and update accounting records, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
Assist with audits and provide necessary documentation to auditors.
Monitor cash flow and assist with budgeting and forecasting activities.
Analyze financial data and generate reports for senior management.
Ensure all accounting practices are in line with company policies and legal regulations.
Collaborate with internal departments to support operational and financial goals.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Minimum 4-5 years of experience in accounting or finance.
Proficient in accounting software (Tally, QuickBooks, etc.) and Microsoft Excel.
Strong knowledge of accounting principles, tax laws, and financial regulations.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines.
Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Experience in managing financial data and preparing financial reports.
Preferred Qualifications:
CA Inter or other relevant professional certifications would be a plus.
Experience in working with financial audits and tax filing.
