Job Overview: We are seeking an Accounts Executive with a strong background in finance and a deep understanding of balance sheets to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in managing financial accounts for our educational clients, ensuring accuracy and compliance while driving financial growth and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee financial accounts for educational institutions, ensuring accuracy and timely reporting.
• Prepare, analyze, and present balance sheets, income statements, and financial reports.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their financial needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Monitor financial performance and identify opportunities for cost reduction and revenue enhancement.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients, providing ongoing support and addressing inquiries.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards specific to the education sector.
• Assist in the development of financial strategies to support clients' growth objectives.
• Conduct regular financial reviews with clients and provide insights for improvement.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; a master's degree is a plus.
• Proven experience in account management or financial analysis, preferably in the education industry.
• Strong knowledge of balance sheets and financial reporting.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?30,000.00 - ?40,000.00 per month
