Key Responsibilities:
• Client Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key retail clients, serving as their primary point of contact.
• Sales Development: Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to expand our presence in the retail sector.
• Product Knowledge: Stay informed about our products and services, ensuring you can effectively communicate their benefits to clients.
• Sales Presentations: Prepare and deliver engaging presentations to clients, showcasing our offerings and tailored solutions.
• Market Analysis: Conduct market research to understand industry trends, competitor activity, and customer preferences.
• Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams (e.g., marketing, product development) to ensure client needs are met.
• Sales Targets: Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the sales team.
• Reporting: Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities, providing regular updates to management.
