Job Summary
We seek a highly organized and detail-oriented Back Office Executive to manage administrative tasks for our luxury resort in Colva, South Goa.
Key Responsibilities
1. Administrative Support: Manage front office, reception, and administrative tasks.
2. Documentation: Maintain accurate records, files, and databases.
3. Communication: Handle phone calls, emails, and correspondence.
4. Data Entry: Update guest information, reservations, and billing.
5. Accounting: Assist with accounts payable, receivable, and reconciliation.
6. Compliance: Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
7. Reporting: Generate reports on occupancy, revenue, and guest feedback.
8. Guest Services: Provide exceptional customer service.
Requirements
1. Education: Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business Administration or related field.
2. Experience: 1-2 years in hospitality back office operations.
3. Skills: Proficient in MS Office, hospitality software (e.g., Opera, Maestro).
4. Language: Fluent English, knowledge of Konkani/Hindi desirable.
5. Interpersonal skills: Excellent communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
