ROLE & RESPONSIBILITY:-
• Client communication : Respond to client emails and inquiries, and schedule regular check-in calls or meetings
• Account management : Assess client satisfaction and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling
• Reporting and analysis : Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and generate sales reports
• Strategic planning : Analyze market trends and develop strategies to meet sales targets
• Cross-functional collaboration : Work with internal teams to address customer concerns, coordinate marketing campaigns, and provide input on product enhancements
• Industry knowledge and networking : Attend industry events and conferences to build a professional network
• Prospecting : Generate new sales opportunities by cold calling businesses, networking, and attending industry events
• Proposal development : Prepare and present proposals and bids to clients
