Role: Accounting Assistant
Location: Abakash, B-Narayanpur, Bhangar, South 24 Parganas 743502.
Salary: ?14,500 - ?25,000+ per month (Based on Experience and Educational Qualification).
Immediate Joining
Responsibilities:
1. Reconciling Invoices and Identifying Discrepancies
• Reviewing invoices and ensuring accuracy in financial records.
2. Creating and Updating Expense Reports:
• Managing expense reports and keeping them up-to-date.
3. Processing Reimbursement Forms:
• Handling reimbursement requests efficiently.
4. Preparing Bank Deposits:
• Ensuring timely and accurate bank deposits.
5. Entering Financial Transactions into Internal Databases:
• Recording financial data accurately.
6. Checking Spreadsheets for Accuracy:
• Verifying numerical data.
7. Maintaining Digital and Physical Financial Records:
• Organizing and safeguarding financial documents.
8. Issuing Invoices to Customers and External Partners:
• As needed.
9. Reviewing and Filing Payroll Documents:
• Assisting with payroll-related tasks.
Requirements and Skills:
1. Work Experience: Prior experience as an Accounting Assistant or Accounting Clerk for at least 1 years with any CA firm.
2. Basic Bookkeeping Knowledge: Familiarity with fundamental bookkeeping procedures.
3. Understanding of Finance Regulations: Awareness of financial rules and regulations.
4. Math Skills: Ability to handle numerical calculations and identify errors.
5. Proficiency in MS Excel and Accounting Software: Hands-on experience with tools like tally, busy.
6. Organizational Skills: Efficiently managing tasks and maintaining records.
7. Confidentiality: Handling sensitive information with discretion.
8. Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a relevant field.
