ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Should be adept at using the computer and apps like word, ppt, excel and other project management tools
  • Should be able to record data for all inventory
  • Should know basics of excel and how to apply relevant formulas in excel for various purposes
  • Should be able to do good quality research and analysis to find the solution to any operational related issues
  • Should be able to multitask
  • Should be able to coordinate between various departments, stakeholders and vendors to get the work done
  • Willing to learn new tools and technologies
  • Should be able to communicate well in as many languages as possible. Definitely needs to know English, Hindi and Kannada
  • Communication and coordination will be done using Whatsapp, Email, Phone and other project management tools.
  • Should be highly skilled in written and spoken english
  • Should be patient, keen learner, observer, motivated and possess sufficient coordination skills to get the work done.
  • Coordinating with logistics and shipping partners to ensure timely and accurate order shipments
  • Handling customer returns, sales returns, and managing the reverse logistics process effectively. Interacting with customers, whenever necessary over email, whatsapp and/or call.
  • Handling All Stationery and Packaging Item
  • Handling Hardware and Software activities
DESIRED CANDIDATE PROFILE
  • The candidates should possess strong analytical orientation & a structured problem solving & communication approach.
  • The candidate should possess excellent written and verbal communication and should be proficient in stakeholder management, MS Excel and other data analysis tools.
  • The candidate should be proactive, self-starter & motivated, able to navigate through programs independently. Inventory addition, details to be checked correctly, and management responsibility of inventory to be taken up.
  • Logistics management for both import and exports
  • Ensure timely packing and dispatch of items takes place. Checking of products before dispatch is necessary.
  • Coordinate with banks, software or hardware vendors, logistic partners, suppliers etc to get the work completed or resolve issues
  • Set goals and complete activities based on the same
  • Revert to customer emails and messages as received on various channels
  • Resolve any store operational issues such as internet connectivity, phone lines, payments, electrical and so on. Identify the right partner, deploy and get the work done.
  • An analytical mind with strong logical reasoning and positive attitude
  • Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.
  • Proficient with using new easy to use - Artificial Intelligence tools
  • Should know how to read and write in English well. Other languages required for coordination purposes.
