Since the ideal candidate will be coordinating with our customers and auditors and sometimes with the Top Management team he/ she should have a good command over English. She should have good knowledge and command over Accounting systems and processes in an organization. The Accounts Executive will be required to be consistent and diligent and focus on Accuracy in the reports that will be prepared by him/her. Excellent working knowledge of Tally Prime and MS-Excel is essential as skills in Creation of Reports for Analysis using Pivots , V-Look up , etc is mandatory. Responsibilities:_Accounts Receivable :\xc2\xb7 Generation of E-Invoices with QR code from Tally Prime\xc2\xb7 Mailing Invoices to Sales-Operations\xc2\xb7 Preparation and Updation of Collection Report\xc2\xb7 Taking updates from Account Managers for Collection\xc2\xb7 Updating Collection Report -Daily with Payments Received .\xc2\xb7 Reporting to AVP-Finance about the Collection Dates\xc2\xb7 Preparation of an Accounts Receivable ReportAccounts Payable :\xc2\xb7 Preparing a Accounts Payable Report\xc2\xb7 Checking the Bills Received from Vendors is as per the Purchase Order issued.\xc2\xb7 Keeping a Track of the Due Dates of Payment of Vendors .\xc2\xb7 Preparation of Cheques or Uploading vendor payments for online Transfers.\xc2\xb7 Preparation of Daily Cash Flow Statement\xc2\xb7 Preparation of Daily Working Capital StatementQualifications:\xc2\xb7 Graduate or Post-Graduate in Commerce\xc2\xb7 Should have strong English communication (both verbal and written).\xc2\xb7 Good inter-personal communication skills.\xc2\xb7 Pleasing personality and willingness to listen and understand.\xc2\xb7 Must be committed and focused on ensuring cost control of the company.\xc2\xb7 Should have worked in a Corporate Environment\xc2\xb7 Willing to learn and innovateIndustryInformation TechnologyEmployment TypeFull-timeJob FunctionsAccounts & MIS Job Type: Full-timePay: \xe2\x82\xb912,000.00 - \xe2\x82\xb920,000.00 per monthExperience:
