This full-time, junior-level role requires a minimum of 1 to 3 years of experience. The Account Executive will play a vital role in managing financial transactions, account reconciliation, and ensuring accurate processing of invoices and sales entries. This position is ideal for a detail-oriented individual with strong account management skills. Qualifications and Skills

  • Proficiency in account management (Mandatory skill) to effectively oversee and manage client accounts, ensuring clear communication and efficient operations.
  • Experience in account reconciliation to ensure all financial transactions are accurately recorded and any discrepancies are swiftly resolved.
  • Knowledge of invoice processing, vital for maintaining up-to-date and accurate billing information and client communication.
  • Familiarity with telly prime, allowing for efficient handling of accounting software and financial data entries.
  • Expertise in sales entry, necessary for tracking and validating sales transactions and generating reliable financial reports.
  • Competence in purchase entry to accurately record all purchase transactions and manage vendor payment processes.
  • Experience handling petty cash, essential for small transaction management and maintaining precise records.
  • Strong analytical skills to evaluate financial data, solve problems, and support robust accounting processes and outcomes.
Roles and Responsibilities
  • Manage and reconcile company accounts, ensuring data accuracy and financial compliance.
  • Process invoices on time, verifying data and maintaining records in an efficient manner for future reference.
  • Conduct regular analysis of financial records and sales entries to generate insightful reports.
