Job Title: Account ExecutiveJob Summary: As an account executive, you will be responsible for maintaining and growing relationships with assigned client accounts. You will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their needs, and ensuring that our products or services meet those needs effectively. You will also collaborate with internal teams to develop strategies for client retention and expansion. Responsibilities:
Create detailed business plans to facilitate the attainment of goals and quotas
Manage the entire sales cycle from finding a client to securing a deal
Unearth new sales opportunities through networking and turn them into long term partnerships
Present products to prospective clients
Provide professional after-sales support to enhance the customers\xe2\x80\x99 dedication
Remain in frequent contact with the clients in your responsibility to understand their needs
Respond to complaints and resolve issues aiming to customer contentment and the preservation of the company\xe2\x80\x99s reputation
Negotiate agreements and keep records of sales and data
Qualifications:
Bachelor\'s degree in Accounts or a related field.
Proven experience in account management.
Hand on experience while working on Tally.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
