I.YOUR ROLE Driving business objectives for agency’s clientele through paid marketing activities. II.YOUR RESPONSIBILITIE – Leading the relationship with the client’s Digital Lead/Head/CMO – Overviewing and Auditing Campaigns on Google Ads, Facebook, DV 360, Native Platforms, etc. – Owning campaign performance and ensuring that the team is identifying insights to drive incremental results. – Strategize jointlywith Strategy specialists, Ad ops specialists and creative & client-servicing teams & drive media planning discussions. – Drive positive curiosity and a hunger for learning and new ideas through the team. – Initiate and drive case study creation that can be nominated for awards, post completion of noteworthy campaigns. – Negotiate with vendors shortlisted for brands, based on quality standards and budgets. – Collaborating with Google’s, Facebook’s and other agency partners to drive best practices and beta testing. – Drive conversations with clients in terms of expectations, budgets, timelines and deliverables. – Build trust with clients through weekly calls, catch ups and review meetings and represent the agency. – Assisting the team in pitching for new business. – Auditing Ad accounts of prospects and identifying opportunities for performance improvement. – Staying on top of latest trends, products and product features and getting clients on board to pilot with them. – Growing the scope and scale of work with existing clientele through upsells and cross-sells. Professional / Academic Requirements
– 5-8 years relevant work experience – A Degree in Engineering, Marketing, Advertising, Communication or another relevant field
Technical Requirements
– Expert level command over Google Ads, Facebook, DV 360, Native Platforms, etc. – Experience on multiple verticals like Mobile, Ecommerce, BFSI, Realty, Travel, etc. – Proficient at Google Analytics, Appsflyer, Similar web, Adobe solutions, etc. – Master of decode trends and analytics from data – Excellent at the MS Office Software (Power Point, Excel) – Excellent communication and presentation skills
