Experience: Minimum of 7-10 years of account management experience in an advertising agency , with at least 3-5 years in a leadership role . Experience in the automotive sector is highly preferred.

Responsibilities:
Account Management:
• Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with automotive clients, serving as the primary point of contact.
• Strategic Planning: Collaborate with clients to understand their business objectives and develop strategic advertising plans to achieve these goals. Provide thought leadership and innovative solutions.
• Campaign Oversight: Lead the development and execution of automotive advertising campaigns, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and meet or exceed client expectations.
• Performance Tracking: Monitor campaign performance, analyze results, and provide regular reports and recommendations for optimization.
Team Leadership:
• Team Management: Lead and mentor a team of account managers and coordinators, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with creative, media, and digital teams to ensure cohesive and effective campaign execution.
• Resource Allocation: Efficiently allocate resources, manage budgets, and oversee project timelines to ensure successful project delivery.
Business Development:
• Client Growth: Identify opportunities to expand services within existing automotive accounts. Develop proposals and presentations to pitch new ideas and services.
• New Business: Assist in new business development efforts, including identifying potential clients, developing pitches, and participating in presentations.
Skills:
• Industry Knowledge: In-depth understanding of the automotive industry, including market trends, consumer behavior, and regulatory considerations.
• Leadership: Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to inspire and guide a diverse team.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to present ideas and strategies clearly and persuasively.
• Analytical Thinking: Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify insights, and make informed decisions.
• Project Management: Exceptional project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be a Bike Rider or Bike / Automobile Enthusiast.
