The successful candidate will have strong interpersonal and leadership skills as well as a proven track record of success in the insurance agency. Were looking for a professional with a keen interest in furthering client interaction and developing a roster of accounts over the next several years.   • Evaluate book of business accounts and update any entries as necessary
  • Reach out to existing accounts and inquire about their changing insurance needs
  • Use company resources effectively to grow the business without adding too much expense to the bottom line
  • Set and achieve retention goals for assigned accounts
  • Practice effective sales management techniques
  • Follow up with clients who express concerns, complaints or issues
  • Generate and follow up on business leads
