We are seeking an experienced and innovative ACCOUNT MANAGER to join our team and drive our digital presence. Job Responsibilities: 1. Financial Management: Oversee all accounting operations, including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger, and bank reconciliations. 2. Financial Reporting: Prepare and present accurate and timely financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements. 3. Budgeting & Forecasting: Develop and manage annual budgets, forecasts, and financial plans. 4. Audit & Compliance: Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards; coordinate internal and external audits. 5. Tax Management: Prepare and file GST/TDS tax returns, ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal regulations. 6. Expense Management: Monitor and control company expenditures to ensure financial efficiency. 7. Payroll Management: Oversee payroll processing and ensure accurate and timely payment of salaries and benefits. 8. Financial Analysis: Conduct financial analysis and provide insights to support strategic decision-making. 9. System Management: Maintain and improve accounting systems and procedures to enhance financial accuracy and efficiency. Qualifications: \xc2\xb7 Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field. \xc2\xb7 Professional accounting qualification is preferred. \xc2\xb7 Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial regulations, and commercial practices. \xc2\xb7 Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. \xc2\xb7 Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Busy, Marg etc) and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel. \xc2\xb7 Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. \xc2\xb7 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Experience: \xc2\xb7 Minimum 6 years of experience in accounting and financial management. \xc2\xb7 Proven experience in a commercial management role, preferably within pharma industry/sector. \xc2\xb7 Demonstrated success in managing financial operations and driving commercial growth. \xc2\xb7 Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis. \xc2\xb7 Familiarity with contract management and business development.
