About You:
We are looking for a strategic and results-driven Account-Based Marketing (ABM) Inbound Manager to join our marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing inbound marketing strategies focused on driving highly personalized engagement and nurturing key accounts. You will work closely with sales, marketing, and customer success teams to identify target accounts, craft personalized campaigns, and generate high-quality leads that convert into revenue
Duties and Responsibilities:
ABM Strategy & Execution:
• Develop and implement account-based marketing strategies that align with overall company goals and drive revenue growth.
• Collaborate with sales and product teams to identify high-value target accounts and personas for ABM initiatives.
• Create personalized content and tailored campaigns for specific accounts to increase engagement and drive conversions.
• Manage the end-to-end execution of ABM campaigns, including planning, execution, tracking, and optimization.
Inbound Marketing & Lead Generation:
• Design and optimize inbound marketing campaigns to attract, engage, and convert prospects.
• Leverage SEO, content marketing, paid advertising, email campaigns, and social media channels to drive inbound traffic and generate leads.
• Collaborate with the content team to develop high-impact assets like white papers, case studies, webinars, and blogs.
• Implement lead nurturing workflows and drip campaigns to increase engagement and accelerate the sales funnel.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
• Work closely with sales teams to align on key accounts, messaging, and campaign objectives.
• Coordinate with product marketing and customer success teams to develop tailored content that addresses specific pain points of target accounts.
• Provide sales enablement support by sharing insights, campaign performance data, and recommendations.
Analytics & Reporting:
• Track, analyze, and report on key performance metrics for ABM and inbound campaigns, including conversion rates, pipeline influence, and ROI.
• Use data-driven insights to continuously optimize ABM strategies and inbound marketing efforts.
• Conduct A/B testing to optimize content, messaging, and marketing channels for maximum engagement.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in account-based marketing, inbound marketing, or demand generation.
• Proven experience developing and executing successful ABM and inbound marketing campaigns.
• Strong understanding of marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot) and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).
• Hands-on experience with SEO, SEM, paid advertising, and content marketing strategies.
• Excellent analytical skills and ability to interpret data to inform decision-making.
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously.
• Exceptional communication, collaboration, and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience in B2B marketing within SaaS, technology, or related industries.
• Familiarity with account-based marketing tools (e.g., Demandbase, 6sense, Terminus).
• Google Analytics, Google Ads, or HubSpot certifications are a plus.
• Experience in using tools like LinkedIn Ads, SEMrush, and Salesforce for campaign execution and analysis.
