Position Title : Accounts Assistant

Responsibilities
• Facilitating basic accounting entries for payment transactions, including export-import sales, purchases, and freight bills.
• Managing import and export operations, including detailed data recording in Excel sheets.
• Managing documentation related to trademarks and legal affairs.
• Coordinating with wealth management firms.
• Handling all banking documentation and compliance requirements.
• Coordinating with Custom House Agents (CHAs) for import and export processes.
• Overseeing all utility payments, both for the company and personally.
• Taking responsibility for all business travel arrangements, as well as the Director's personal travel needs.
• Handling the Director's personal files and insurance matters.
• Processing personal payments for the Director as needed.
Qualifications-
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Proven experience of 1-2 years in accounting or finance roles, with a focus on financial reporting.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles.
• Proficiency in accounting software - Tally (mandatory)
• Excellent attention to detail, organisational skills.
