This role requires a combination of accounting expertise, administrative skills, and the ability to maintain accurate financial records. The Accounts cum Admin Executive plays a crucial role in supporting the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the organization.Key Responsibilities:Office Management:

  • Oversee and manage daily office operations to ensure a well-organized and efficient workplace.
  • Maintain office supplies, equipment, and facilities, ensuring all are in good working condition.
  • Coordinate with vendors for office maintenance and services.
  • Support team members in various administrative tasks as needed.
Accounting and Financial Management:
  • Handle accounting tasks, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, statements, and reports.
  • Reconcile bank statements and monitor cash flow.
  • Monitor and follow up on accounts receivable, ensuring timely payments.
  • Coordinate with vendors and resolve invoice related inquiries.
Communication and Correspondence:
  • Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including emails, phone calls, and mail.
  • Draft, review, and edit documents, letters, and reports as needed.
  • Facilitate communication between different departments and team members.
Human Resources Support:
  • Assist in the recruitment process by coordinating interviews and handling relevant documentation.
  • Manage employee records and assist in HR-related tasks as required.
  • Facilitate onboarding processes for new employees.
Problem Solving:
  • Address and resolve administrative issues and challenges promptly.
  • Anticipate potential problems and take proactive measures to mitigate them.
  • Collaborate with team members to find effective solutions.
Scheduling and Coordination:
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, conferences, and appointments.
  • Arrange travel plans and accommodations for executives and staff as required.
  • Assist in organizing company events and functions.
Qualifications and Skills:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in both accounting and administrative roles.
  • Knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
  • Proficiency in tally and MS Office applications.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities.
