Your Role:We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Accounts & Finance Executive to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing and managing the company\'s financial records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards and regulations. The Accounts & Finance Executive will play a crucial role in financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and providing strategic financial guidance to the organisation. This position requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.Responsibilities:Prepare, manage and maintain the company\'s financial records, including journal entries, general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll.Data entry, generating invoices, bank statement reconciliation, recording and maintaining accurate and complete financial records.Prepare accurate and timely financial statements, reports, and budgets for internal and external stakeholders.Ensure compliance with accounting principles, regulations, and company policies.Managing the month-end and year-end closing processes, including reconciliation and adjustments.Coordinate and liaise with all the banks for day to day banking operations.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements and optimise financial operations.RequirementsRequirements:Proven work experience as an Accountant/ Accounting executive/ Finance executive, or similar role.In-depth knowledge of accounting principles, practices, and regulations.Strong proficiency in financial reporting, analysis, budgeting, and forecasting.Excellent knowledge & command on Tally & Microsoft Excel is mandatory.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.Ability to work independently, prioritise tasks, and meet deadlines.Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.High level of integrity and ethical standards.BenefitsWhy to work with Qubit Capital:Job location: Jaipur (Hybrid)Competitive salary and benefits package.Opportunities for professional development and career growth.A supportive and collaborative work environment.
