ACCOUNT AND COMPLIANCE EXECUTIVE
Roles & Responsibilities -
1. Prepare, file, and ensure timely submission of GST and TDS returns. Resolve discrepancies and handle queries related to indirect taxation.
2. Assist in maintaining compliance with company secretary requirements, ensuring adherence to all statutory and regulatory obligations. Keep up-to-date with changes in corporate and compliance laws, providing guidance to the team when needed.
3. Prepare and manage export documentation, including invoices, bills of lading, certificates of origin, and any other documents required for international shipments. Ensure accuracy and completeness of documentation for smooth customs clearance.
4. Support day-to-day accounting tasks, including journal entries, reconciliations, and ledger maintenance. Assist with financial reporting, budget tracking, and audits as needed.
5. Handle export insurance procedures and manage claims in case of damage or loss. Monitor inward remittances, ensuring timely receipts and addressing any discrepancies.
6. You will be reporting to Director & Managing Director.
7. And all the office responsibilities occur time to time.
Additional Skills for an HR & Compliance Executive:

Education:
• Degree in MBA in HR or a related field.
Experience: 2-4 Years
• Prior experience in a HR compliance role within the food industry or a similar environment.
