The Role:

As an Accounts and Admin Executive, you will play a crucial role in managing our financial records, including expenditures, payroll, and invoicing, as well as overseeing various administrative tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our Jaipur office. This position offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the global fashion industry and develop your professional skills in a fast-paced, international business environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all accounting transactions and bookkeeping activities.
• Handle monthly, quarterly, and annual closings along with professionals.
• Ensure timely bank payments and payroll processing.
• Compute taxes and prepare tax returns.
• Manage inventory, office supplies stock and place orders as necessary.
• Organize and schedule appointments and meetings.
• Maintain and update company databases.
• Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports.
• Support department heads and executives with various administrative tasks.
• Manage ecommerce shipping & logistics
• GST knowledge is a must
• Keep track of production & inventory & manage timely movement of goods
• Oversee the day-to-day operations of our e-commerce brands.
• Manage the online product catalog, including product descriptions, images, and inventory levels.
• Coordinate with the production team to ensure timely deliveries.
• Work with third-party vendors and partners for timely sourcing.
• Manage couriers and oversee shipping to ensure quick and accurate deliveries.
• Provide excellent customer service, addressing any issues or questions customers have.
• Manage product uploads and updates with the team.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or relevant field.
• Proven experience as an Accounts Executive, Accounts Assistant, or similar role.
• Solid knowledge of basic bookkeeping procedures and accounting regulations (GST, TDS, etc.).
• Familiarity with finance software (e.g., QuickBooks, Tally).
• Excellent organizing abilities and attention to detail.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.
• Ability to handle sensitive, confidential information with integrity.
• Enthusiasm for the fashion industry is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?24,000.00 per month
