: Account & Admin
1. Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including bookkeeping, invoicing, and reconciliation.
2. Prepare monthly financial statements and reports for management review.
3. Ensure compliance with tax regulations and assist in annual audits.
4. Maintain accurate records of financial transactions and documentation.
5. Support the administration of office functions, including supply management and vendor relations.
6. Coordinate payroll processing and employee expense reimbursements.
7. Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes to support business objectives.
8. Provide administrative support to senior management and other departments as needed.
9. Foster positive relationships with clients, suppliers, and internal teams.
10. Participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
