Ltd. is a wholly owned subsidiary of Soufflet Group Limited. In India, Soufflet commenced its operations in 2014 with the regional office is in Delhi, Malt processing unit in Alwar and an Agriculture office in Kota, Rajasthan. The India business is INR 150+ Crores with focus on barley malt production (80%) manufacturing around 20,000 MT and By-products (20%) produced during the germination process is sold to malt extraction companies. The organization works on training farmers for best agricultural and farm management practices, working on higher return for the farmers by generating high productivity in farms which addresses environment, economic and social sustainability, supporting more than 11000 local growers. https://www.invivo-group.com/en/activities/agri-food/malteries-soufflet Responsibilities Accounting Responsible for accounting linked to seeds, pesticides and barley activity including general day-to-day expenses and petty cash management. Experience on accounting tool Tally will be an added advantage. Stocks management as per the policy of the company and reconciliation with physical quantity at such frequency as may be deemed fit by the Company. Maintaining different reports linked to agronomy/ procurement activity and communicating the same to Delhi Office in a timely manner. Compliance follow up, liasioning with authorities (wherever applicable) and raising alerts for deviations (if any). Managing the physical petty cash of the Company in safe condition and producing report on the same in a timely manner. Reporting Daily, weekly, fortnightly, and monthly reports to internal team, management, government departments. Data management Coordination Coordinate with commercial, agronomy field team members and company\'s registered office for communication, accounting, and reporting requirements. Office Administration Filing of documents at office. Responsible for maintaining office decorum, equipment maintenance, organizing meetings, assets filing. Miscellaneous Can expect new assignments since the company is growing. Should be ready to make visit on fields at warehouses, purchase centres. Should be participative in the current ERP development and its establishment process. Qualifications & Experience Qualified CA Experienced in accounting & administration with knowledge on Tally. Compliance topic linked to TDS, GST, etc. plus MIS reporting
