Key Responsibilities:
• Assist clients in finding suitable accommodations based on their preferences, budget, and specific requirements.
• Provide detailed information on available properties, including location, facilities, pricing, and terms.
• Advise clients on the best options for temporary or long-term accommodation, depending on their needs.
• Handle client inquiries and concerns regarding accommodation, resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Coordinate with property owners, landlords, and accommodation providers to ensure availability and ensure the best options are presented to clients.
• Help clients with the booking and reservation process, ensuring that all documentation is in place.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions, bookings, and other relevant information in the CRM system.
• Follow up with clients to ensure they are satisfied with their accommodation arrangements and address any concerns.
• Stay updated on market trends, property availability, and changes in accommodation policies.
• Collaborate with internal teams to provide seamless service to clients and enhance their experience.
• Ensure that all accommodation policies and guidelines are adhered to by both clients and providers.
• Provide after-sales support to clients to ensure continued satisfaction with their accommodation.
