Position Title : Accessories and Lifestyle Associate
Location : BMW Munich Motors, Sarona, Ring Road, Raipur, Chhattisgarh, India
Reports To : Sales Manager / Parts and Accessories Manager

Position Overview:

As an Accessories and Lifestyle Associate at BMW Munich Motors Sarona, Ring Road, Raipur , you will be part of a dynamic team dedicated to offering exceptional customer service and premium products. Your role will involve assisting customers in selecting high-end BMW accessories and lifestyle products, while contributing to the dealership's overall sales and customer satisfaction goals. You will be expected to represent the BMW brand through knowledgeable product guidance and maintain a luxurious shopping experience for every customer.

Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Assistance and Sales:
• Greet and assist customers in the Accessories and Lifestyle section , ensuring they are informed about the full range of BMW accessories , lifestyle products , and personalized options .
• Provide detailed knowledge about BMW lifestyle items such as apparel, bags, luxury accessories, and exclusive vehicle enhancements.
• Conduct personalized consultations to help customers select accessories and lifestyle products that enhance their BMW ownership experience .
• Upsell and cross-sell premium BMW products to achieve sales targets and contribute to the dealership's revenue.

Product Knowledge & Presentation:

• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of BMW accessories , performance upgrades , and lifestyle merchandise .
• Stay updated on new product releases , seasonal campaigns, and exclusive offers available at BMW Munich Motors .
• Ensure showroom displays are well-organized, visually appealing, and reflect BMW's commitment to quality and innovation.

Inventory Management:

• Assist in managing accessory and lifestyle product inventory , including monitoring stock levels and ensuring that all items are available and easily accessible.
• Collaborate with the Parts and Accessories Manager to manage product reordering and stock replenishment.
• Conduct regular stock checks and maintain organized product storage areas.
• Customer Service and After-Sales Support:
• Provide exceptional after-sales support , addressing customer inquiries and assisting with exchanges, returns, or installations of accessories.
• Assist customers with the fitting and installation of certain BMW accessories to enhance their vehicle's functionality or appearance.
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and offer assistance with any future accessory needs.

Collaboration with Sales and Service Teams:

• Work closely with the vehicle sales team to integrate accessories into vehicle sales and enhance customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate with the service department to ensure proper installation of accessories and to address customer concerns regarding products.
• Participate in BMW promotional events , product launches, and special campaigns to drive engagement and sales.

Qualifications:

• Experience :
• Previous experience in retail sales, preferably in the luxury goods or automotive sector , is highly desirable.
• Experience with high-end products and brands, especially in a customer-facing role, will be an advantage.

Skills & Competencies :

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build lasting relationships with customers.
• Deep interest in automotive accessories and BMW lifestyle products .
• Ability to upsell, cross-sell, and meet sales targets in a retail environment.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail in maintaining inventory and showroom displays.
• Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.
• Technical Knowledge :
• Basic knowledge of automotive accessories and parts is beneficial but not essential.
• Willingness to learn about the full range of BMW accessories and lifestyle products .
• Education :
• High school diploma or equivalent. Additional certifications in sales , customer service , or automotive-related fields are a plus.

Working Conditions:

• Full-time position, with weekend and evening shifts as required.
• Work will primarily take place within the showroom , with occasional involvement in outdoor events or customer-facing activities.

Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?35,000.00 per month
