of one-on-one or group training, with flexible scheduling to accommodate learners. The ideal candidate will have a passion for language and teaching, and be able to tailor sessions based on the individual needs of the participants.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide
9 hours per week
of accent training, either through individual or group sessions.
Assess each participant's current accent and communication challenges.
Develop customized training plans to improve pronunciation, stress patterns, intonation, and clarity.
Deliver engaging lessons that focus on accent reduction, phonetic exercises, and speech patterns.
Provide clear and constructive feedback to help participants improve their accent.
Create a supportive and motivating environment for learners.
Track the progress of each student and make adjustments to the training plan as needed.
Design and utilize training materials (audio recordings, practice exercises, and visual aids).
Offer post-session guidance for self-practice and continued improvement.
Stay updated on the latest accent training techniques and industry trends.
Skills & Qualifications:
Proven experience in accent coaching, speech therapy, or language instruction.
Knowledge of phonetics, speech sounds, and accent modification techniques.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to assess, correct, and guide individuals in improving their accent.
Patience and empathy to work with learners at various proficiency levels.
Strong organizational skills to manage individual learning plans and track progress.
Ability to adapt to diverse learner needs and customize training accordingly.
Passion for language development and helping others build confidence in speaking.
Education & Experience:
A degree in Linguistics, TESOL, Speech Therapy, or a related field is preferred.
Certification in accent coaching or accent reduction is a plus.
4-5 years of experience
in accent training, speech coaching, or a similar field.
Experience working with adult learners or professionals is beneficial.

9 hours per week
