We provide premium, cost effective, high quality services that support process quality and delivery capability in support for client engagements.We are looking for a self-motivated individual who will play an integral role in providing PwC\xe2\x80\x99s Advisory services to the clients. The job profile would primary include:Delivery:Collaborating with a team of associates and seniors to deliver a wide range of SOX, Controls Monitoring, Compliance Testing, IA engagements for multiple business processes across client(s), consistently demonstrating creative thinking, individual initiative and timely completion of assigned work.Understanding of key business processes such as PTP, OTC, Inventory, Payroll, Fixed Asset, HR, Technology, Operations, Markets, Regulatory Compliance etc. and the Risk and Controls associated with the process.Participating in walkthroughs and other discussions with the clients / engagement teams and demonstrating a strong understanding of SOX/ Internal Audit concepts, business process cycles, risk management.Basis process discussions, preparing process flowcharts / process narratives and risk & control matrix.Identifying process gaps and accordingly provide recommendations, for areas requiring improvement based on the client\'s business process and industry practices.Conducting test of design and operating effectiveness testing and suggesting process improvement opportunities as applicable.Documenting testing workpapers as per the defined standards and quality benchmark.Meeting quality guidelines within the established turnaround time and budget for assigned requests.Providing regular status updates to the Project Manager/Supervisors on the task completion.Demonstrating application and solution-based approach to problem solving while executing client engagements and documenting working papersOperations:Suggesting ideas on improving engagement productivity and identifying opportunities for improving client service.Managing engagement budgets and ensuring compliance with engagement plans, internal quality & risk management procedures.Utilizing technology & digital tools to continuously upskill and innovate, share knowledge with team members and enhance delivery.Participating in training, coaching and other developmental opportunities.Adhering to policies and procedures at all times.Relationships:Developing strong working relationships with AC team, engagement teams and clients.Ensuring proactive communication with team members at all stages of delivery.Working with team members to set goals and responsibilities for specific engagements.What skill does it take?Must-haveStrong audit acumen and professional skepticismGood understanding of risk and controlsUndertake smaller assignments or assist in larger assignments with limited supervisionShare and collaborate effectively with other team membersFollow risk management and compliance proceduresRemain up to date with developments in area of specialismCommunicate confidently in a clear, concise and articulate matters- verbally and in the materials producedBuild and maintain an internal and external networkSeek opportunities to learn about how PwC works as a global network of firmsUphold the firm\xe2\x80\x99s code of ethics and business conduct and live the PwC Values.Good-to-haveProven knowledge and success in individual contributor roles supporting the review and analysis of clients policies, risk and controls, financial statements etc.Strong analytical, research and organizational skills, issue identification/prioritization/resolution.Ability to execute project plans, manage multiple tasks, prioritize workloads and manage client expectations.Ability to work under pressure- stringent deadlines and tough client conditions which may demand extended working hours.Strong written and spoken English language skillsBasic skills in MS Excel, MS Powerpoint and MS Word, G SuiteBasic/functional knowledge of tools such as Power BI, Alteryx, TableauStrong soft skills like, interpersonal skills, team skills, communication skills both verbal and writtenQualificationsQualified CA passed out in July 2023 & Jan 2024Graduation - Preferably B.Com60% in 10th,12thCA number of attempts 1-5Candidates with 0-1 years of relevant experience in similar role, preferably with a \xe2\x80\x9cBig 4\xe2\x80\x9d or equivalentAuthorized to work in IndiaNationality - IndianEducation (if blank, degree and/or field of study not specified) Degrees/Field of Study required:Degrees/Field of Study preferred:Certifications (if blank, certifications not specified)Required SkillsOptional SkillsDesired Languages (If blank, desired languages not specified)Travel Requirements Not SpecifiedAvailable for Work Visa Sponsorship?
