- Switchboard manufacturing (Type Tested MV/LV & CRP panel)

- Specialized engineering services (Relay Testing, Fault level calculation, Relay coordination on ETAP)

- Trading (Siemens Numerical Relays, Ruggedcom switches, RMUs, Spares for MV & LV switchgear)

- EPC Projects

- Technical Support Automation & Protection

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Financial Management

1

. Manage financial records (accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger).

2. Prepare and analyze financial statements (balance sheets, income statements, cash flow statements).

3. Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.

- Accounts Management

1.

Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.

2. Maintain supplier, vendor, and client relationships.

3. Ensure timely bill payments and collections.

- Financial Planning and Analysis

1

. Prepare financial forecasts, budgets, and projections.

2. Analyze financial performance and identify improvement areas.

3. Provide financial insights for business decisions.

- Project Accounting

1

. Manage project accounting (cost tracking, billing, revenue recognition).

2. Ensure accurate financial reporting for projects

.

Compliance and Risk Management

1

. Ensure compliance with tax laws, accounting standards, and financial regulations.

2. Identify and mitigate financial risks.

- Team Collaboration

1

. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, operations, management).

2. Provide financial guidance and support to other departments.

Skills and Qualifications:

1.

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

2. Professional certification (CA, CMA, ACCA) preferred.

3. Experience in accounting and finance, preferably in manufacturing or project-based industry.

4. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

5. Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office.

Industry-Specific Requirements:

. Understanding of electrical industry-specific financial regulations and standards.

2. Familiarity with project accounting and costing principles.

3. Knowledge of financial management software and systems.
