If you combine this real-time data with our 40-year-old archives, elite journalists, camera operators, copywriters, the latest in AI wizardry, and a host of \'behind the scenes\' support staff, you\'ve got all the ingredients to make it a magical experience!Responsibilities:Stats Perform is seeking a dedicated Cornerstone Administrator to manage and support the company\'s Cornerstone Learning Management System (LMS) and Applicant Tracking System (ATS). The Cornerstone Administrator will be responsible for the day-to-day administration of the Stats Perform Academy platform, managing training assignments, user changes, system updates, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring seamless interaction with other software used within the company. This role also involves working on incremental system improvements and generating training reports to meet organizational needs. Responsibilities includes:User Management:
  • Assign, track, and manage training assignments for employees based on business requests.
  • Process user role changes within the system.
  • Ensure accurate data synchronization between Cornerstone and other HR/IT systems.
System Maintenance & Support:
  • Monitor and troubleshoot system-related issues, providing timely support and solutions.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for system-related queries and escalations.
  • Liaise with Cornerstone support to resolve issues and ensure system performance.
Reporting & Data Management:
  • Generate, manage, and distribute training and recruitment reports.
  • Provide insights and analysis of LMS usage, user engagement, and compliance tracking.
  • Ensure accuracy in reporting and the timely delivery of data to stakeholders.
System Enhancements & Updates:
  • Manage and coordinate periodic system updates, ensuring a smooth transition with minimal disruption to users.
  • Test and implement system enhancements and upgrades as part of continuous improvement efforts.
  • Recommend and implement incremental improvements to optimize system performance and user experience.
Cross-Department Collaboration:
  • Work closely with HR, IT, and other departments to ensure proper integration and data consistency between Cornerstone and other platforms (e.g., HRIS, Oracle).
  • Collaborate on projects that involve Cornerstone functionalities, ensuring alignment with business needs.
Training & Documentation:
  • Provide training to end-users and departments on how to effectively use Cornerstone for their learning and recruitment needs.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive user guides, best practice documents, and troubleshooting resources.
Required Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as an Administrator or in a similar role managing Cornerstone or other Learning Management Systems (LMS) and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
  • Experience with HRIS integrations, user management, and system troubleshooting.
  • Familiarity with generating and interpreting LMS and ATS reports.
  • Technical Skills:
  • Strong knowledge of LMS and ATS functionality and configuration.
  • Proficiency in system management, including user role assignment, troubleshooting, and managing system updates.
  • Experience with data reporting and working with cross-functional teams for system integration.
  • Familiarity with API integrations and related technologies is a plus.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and collaboration abilities, with the capacity to train and support end-users.
  • Ability to work independently and proactively identify system improvement opportunities.
  • Effective time management and organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks.
  • Education: Bachelor\'s degree in Information Systems, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields.
  • Experience with Cornerstone Support, managing vendor relationships, and implementing system updates.
  • Familiarity with HR systems like Oracle.
