Job Title-Academic-Facilitator & Content Creator

Your contribution?

• You would be expected to perform the following functions (although one must strongly bear in mind that this would evolve as the organization grows):

oTeach/engage children of different grades online on our platform as well offline in private and government schools.

oEngage with employees of different organizations online and offline as part of their culture circles.

oCreate curiosity-inducing curriculum, content, and formats for school children.

oCreate a learning environment in your online/offline classroom that requires you to spark interest, discuss, advise, teach, guide, and support children.

oResponsible for end-to-end coordination and logistics for online classes or at the assigned school for offline classes.

oFulfil all QShala feedback, assessment, and reporting requirements.

oCoordinate, review, and take responsibility of content/curriculum created by yourself and other team members.

oLiaising with parents on the progress of the children.

oCreate content and design the QShala program across three categories of online/offline delivery amongst school students -Sub-Junior (1st to 3rd Grade), Junior (4th to 6th Grade) and Senior (7th to 9th Grade).

oCreate content for school quiz, college quiz, corporate quiz and other quiz events.

oCreate innovative new formats of content for audience engagement.

oReview and edit content created by team members.

oTrain facilitators on the content created for delivery.

Who is this role ideal for?

oYou are excited by the unique opportunity to teach and create curriculum for children, and to create a learning experience unlike any other.

oWhile we are not hard fussed about your educational qualifications, we would prefer that you have spent 2-3years in facilitation and/or content creation role.

oYou have conduct quizzes before for children/adults through online or offline modes.

oYou are comfortable working with and learning from children, sometimes forty at a time.

oYou have worked at a start-up earlier and regularly dealt with ambiguity and firefighting.

oStrong process orientation and attention to detail.

oSelf-starter and ability to work with minimum supervision.

oTeam player, flexible and open to changing priorities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?400,000.00 - ?600,000.00 per year
